Kay Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1998.  In that time we have renovated or remodeled over 350 homes in Alachua, Levy and Marion counties.  We are centrally located in SW Gainesville to serve that tri-county area.  We have many satisfied owners as clients. Also we have worked with local municipalities including the City of Gainesville, Clay County SHIP and the Central Florida Community Action Agency.
